ITILPA: ITSM Problem Analyst
The ITSM Problem Analyst certification provides essential knowledge and practical experience in the key skills and competencies necessary for success in the role of a Problem Analyst within IT Service Management. The syllabus is designed in accordance with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) guidelines at levels 3 and 4. This qualification builds on foundational Service Management knowledge gained through the ITIL® V3 Foundation certification.
