Course Overview

The PECB Certified Artificial Intelligence Manager (CAIM) training course equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage, govern, and scale AI initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives, recognized frameworks, responsible AI principles, and business priorities.

As artificial intelligence continues to transform business operations, effective AI management requires more than technical knowledge. Organizations need professionals who can identify valuable AI opportunities, assess data readiness, manage AI-related risks, establish governance policies, and translate AI investments into measurable business outcomes.

This five-day training program combines AI strategy and governance with practical, no-code activities. Participants will explore AI fundamentals, responsible AI practices, risk management, prompt engineering, data-driven decision-making, and interactive dashboard development using Microsoft Power BI. The course also introduces AI-driven workflow automation, including the design and orchestration of AI agents through visual automation platforms such as n8n.

Upon completion of the training and successful completion of the examination, participants can apply for the PECB Certified Artificial Intelligence Manager (CAIM) credential, subject to the applicable certification requirements.
