We are proud to announce our partnership with XpressJobs, Sri Lanka’s leading online recruitment platform, to strengthen our Employability Skills Development Program, a transformative initiative designed to empower youth across 25 districts with essential training and real-world job opportunities.
Through this strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Thakral Global Learning (TGL) and XpressJobs will work together to bridge the gap between education and employment. This collaboration will help students and school leavers access internships, trainee roles, IT, digital, and entry-level job opportunities, supporting their journey toward meaningful careers and contributing to Sri Lanka’s future-ready workforce.
At TGL, our mission is to create equal learning and employment opportunities for all, ensuring that talent from every corner of the island has the chance to shine. This partnership reflects our shared vision of building an inclusive and sustainable employability ecosystem that connects skill development with real-world impact.
